We talked about pattern by linking it to sustainability, a key element of the Maison&Objet Paris 2023 fair.
In this respect, the success of nature and colour at the fair was astonishing. From large slabs to resin-effect stoneware to wallpaper effect tiles, nature-inspired and limestone-effect tiles, the trend is to harmonise rooms with realistic references to landscapes, lush gardens and flowery decorations.
The indoor Garden chooses ceramic surfaces to create cosy spaces with a low environmental impact.
Added to this is colour, in all its range: bold and bright or soft and muted, colour gives emotion and personality. Pastel shades of light blue and ivory are interspersed with bright, high-pitched tones, such as the timeless charm of bricks.
