Hôtel & Spa Oceania Lille Les Augustins

Situated in the heart of Lille, the Hôtel & Spa Oceania Lille Les Augustins restores the historic charm of a building with a powerful architectural identity, transforming it into a contemporary hospitality space. The design interprets Art Deco inspiration through luminous interiors, sophisticated details, and surfaces in dialogue with the original structure.

Marca Corona porcelain tiles were installed in the bar-restaurant area and along the corridors, helping to define elegant, welcoming spaces designed to withstand heavy daily foot traffic.

For the bar-restaurant area, the Scultorea collection was selected in the Statuario Vena Argento variant: a marble-effect surface that enhances the space with a bright, dramatic elegance. Grey veining runs across the luminous background, creating visual continuity across the bar counter, lounge area and guest arrival routes.

In the corridors and more intimate areas, the Elisir Bruno collection introduces the warmth of wood-look porcelain. The 20x120 cm size delivers a natural, enveloping feel in harmony with the textile furnishings, warm-toned seating and the intimate atmospheres of contemporary hospitality.

The dialogue between the marble and wood effects strikes a precise balance: on one hand, the refined luminosity of Scultorea; on the other, the warm, material character of Elisir. Marca Corona porcelain tiles contribute to defining an elegant, functional and durable project, designed to accompany the guest experience across convivial spaces, circulation areas and dedicated hospitality spaces.
