Villa Casalgrande

For the renovation of this single-family villa near Reggio Emilia we opted for the use of porcelain tiles and white-body wall and floor tiles by Marca Corona.

The winning solution to complete the entire project and create coordinated environments of great aesthetic impact, satisfying both the tastes of the tenants and the needs of the project itself: exposure to atmospheric agents and the harsh climate in winter but humid in summer, typical of this area of Italy, require the use of materials that are particularly resistant and functional, as well as aesthetically valuable.

The collections chosen to personalise the various rooms, with different finishes and effects, establish a connection and harmony that guides guests through each room. The essential elegance of the Lagom wood-effect staves installed on the floor in the living area, bathrooms and master bedroom feature the luxurious Motif Extra marble-effect wall tiles and the material authenticity of the StoneOne stone-effect slabs chosen to embellish the stairways in the home.

In the kitchen and bathrooms, on the other hand, there is an equally refined atmosphere, but more informal and irreverent: all thanks to 4D wall tiles, Regoli industrial-chic bricks and Ossidi retro-inspired tiles, perfect for adding a touch of design to more minimalist environments, without sacrificing practicality and ease of cleaning and maintenance.
