FreeGate Apartments

This nine-storey residential complex looking onto the ocean was inaugurated in 2018, and features a number of different Marca Corona collections. An ambitious, prestigious project, it is composed of 18 apartments and an attic, and features a modern system of ventilated facades to boost energy efficiency. The elegant wood-effect surfaces of  Essences Extra were thus used for the outside walls of the building, creating a pleasant material and colour contrast with the masonry finishes and the large windows.

To decorate the inside of the private homes, adding up to a total of over 11000 square metres, the choice for the surfaces fell to the marble effect porcelain tiles Deluxe, the metal-look Planet on the floors and the warm wood effects of Easywood. The quality and beauty of Italian-crafted ceramics are sure to appeal to the wealthy African clients.
