Arialuce is the new Marca Corona collection of lattice tiles, which combines the craft tradition and contemporary design for the creation of original, light-filled spaces. The terracotta lattice tiles are intended for creating architectural features with a delicate visual impact, which enable an interplay of light and shadow.

The three different shapes - Curve, Pertuse and Asole - allow the construction of elegant, functional geometrical patterns which filter the field of vision and flow of light in indoor and outdoor locations. These architectural features not only define the boundaries of rooms but also enhance their quality and appeal by allowing air and light to pass, creating unique, inviting moods.

The Arialuce lattice tiles are the outcome of the partnership between Marca Corona and the celebrated S.Anselmo brickworks, two historic Italian producers that combine industrial excellence with master-craftsmanship, embodying a deep respect for tradition with a strong flair for contemporary design. In the Arialuce project, they have succeeded in establishing a dialogue between terracotta and porcelain stoneware, two apparently very different materials but which share a common origin: clay. The water that mixes this clay and the fire that compacts it unite these two materials, enabling them to coexist attractively in a single design vision.
Fornace S.Anselmo
From the early 900s until today, Fornace S.Anselmo mastered the production of clay architectural cladding solution, achieving the highest levels in the market for terracotta both in Italy and overseas. “Made in Italy” can be admired all over the world thanks to some of the outstanding projects in which S.Anselmo took part.
