Mulberry Court, located in the delightful village of Hampton Wick and surrounded by a green landscape just a stone's throw from the banks of the Thames, is an elegant complex of 34 independent living apartments, each designed to offer a spacious, nature-based lifestyle away from the stress and hustle of the city.

Many of the units feature private terraces or balconies, perfect for enjoying the peaceful setting. The full renovation of the complex, carried out by Lifestyle Residences LTD, relied on the use of porcelain stoneware tiles by Marca Corona: a high-performance and visually striking solution to create coordinated, elegant environments that are both reliable and safe. Porcelain stoneware surfaces were used extensively throughout both the exterior and interior of the residence.

The Phase concrete-effect slabs - perfectly suited to areas exposed to humidity, weather, and temperature fluctuations - guide residents through the garden paths leading to the main entrance, where refined and luminous communal spaces welcome them.

Inside the apartments, the Motif Extra marble-effect collection was chosen for bathroom floors and walls. This cosy yet luxurious total-look finish amplifies the perception of space and light, enhancing the sense of well-being and turning every bathroom into a perfect retreat for self-care and relaxation.

Thanks to their technical qualities and resistance to mould and bacteria, these surfaces are ideal even for the most demanding areas, such as bathrooms, where hygiene and durability are key.
