Located in the Saint-Denis quarter, the H4 Hotel Wyndham Paris Pleyel project has involved a major architectural transformation: the Pleyel tower (144 metres high) has been converted into a hotel complex with public spaces, spa, sky bar and congress areas.
The design concept combines verticality with light-filled, fluid interiors, prioritising the visual experience and contact with the panorama across Paris. The Marca Corona ceramic surfaces were chosen for their versatility, as they are versatile in materials and sizes and able to adapt to vertical and horizontal spaces and damp areas.
The exteriors and terraces are covered with Multiforme 1741 slabs in Talco, Opal and Nero Grip shades, guaranteeing continuity of material and durability. The spa and relaxation areas are given a distinctive character by Stonecloud Blue Textured, with its combination of style and convenience.
The washrooms have a stronger graphic and tactile personality provided by the Paprica hexagonal tiles and Terra Grigio highlights, while the indoor finishes feature the lovely, delicate Multiforme Gaata and Giada colours.
With about 20,000 m² of Marca Corona materials installed, the project sets a contemporary benchmark for high-density urban hospitality, integrating Italian ceramic excellence into the Parisian architectural context.
