Miniature Aroma
The porcelain stoneware minibrick tile that transforms colour into matter
Miniature Aroma: the small size with all the character of a hand-crafted brick
Miniature Aroma extends the Marca Corona small-size tile collection with a new porcelain stoneware version of 6x24 cm, designed to cover walls with a naturally varied look. The inspiration is the traditional London brick, with the shifting colours and irregularities typically created by its hand-crafted production.
The collection reinterprets this emblematic piece in a contemporary project based on shade variation and graphic structure. Each colour comprises three pre-mixed tone levels - light, medium and dark - and the patterning isn’t uniform but is constructed in layers that generate variety on the surface.
This combination creates walls in which the colour variation and graphic structure together generate a natural, dynamic effect. The surface is enhanced by a glossy finish provided by a vitreous glaze, a slightly three-dimensional effect derived from the die and an underlying micro-texture. These features amplify tiles’ ability to reflect light and form a soft-touch surface.
The collection is available in six shades, each with internal tonal variation that reinforces the brick’s tactile look. The compact 6x24 cm size permits a range of installation layouts - horizontal, vertical or running bond - to provide immense compositional freedom.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor wall coverings, Miniature Aroma is intended for residential and commercial settings and offers a dynamic, contemporary surface for beautifying walls, alcoves and architectural features.
