The Tide Road ceramic collection takes shape from the careful graphic reworking of a precious Brazilian stone, which is broken down and sectioned into its layers to create two different, highly tactile graphics that are easy to match with each other. The Vein Cut surface arises from the longitudinal cutting of the slab and is characterised by faults and clear streaks that create a great aesthetic impact, while the Cross Cut derives from the cross section of the same stone, together with further graining, pigmentation and textured details.
If Cross Cut represents the more decisive and eccentric soul of the series, designed for floors in more modern commercial environments and large public spaces, Vein Cut, on the other hand, is mainly appropriate on walls; less dramatic and more versatile, and perfect when paired with other materials, first and foremost wood.
Tide Road floor and wall tiles are offered in 5 bold shades and 5 large rectified sizes, including the innovative 80x80 cm. These stone effect ceramic tiles are completed with an unexpected decorative proposal, a modern 7.5x30 brick that displays the Vein Cut surface with two different graphic orientations, straight and oblique. Offered in 3 colours and ideal for either vertical or horizontal application on walls, the Tide Road brick represents an impressive and contemporary design element.
In the structured R11 version, available for the first time in the size 60x120, Tide Road is also confirmed as an excellent ceramic solution for environments that are subject to constant water presence, frequent foot traffic or strong environmental stresses, such as bathrooms, hospitality venues and residential outdoor settings.
